About the role
Metropolitan Premium Properties is expanding its sales team in Ras Al Khaimah. The company seeks agents who can close high‑value secondary and off‑plan property deals while leveraging a full escrow and conveyancing service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete escrow process from reservation to transfer.
- Coordinate conveyancing activities with dedicated specialists.
- Provide legal and documentation support for each transaction.
- Negotiate deals and maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Proven ability to close average deal values of AED 2M or more.
- Experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in the UAE market.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Ras Al Khaimah.
