About the role

Guide X Properties LLC is expanding its sales team in Dubai and seeks a motivated Real Estate Consultant. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and guiding customers through buying or renting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer leads from first contact to successful conversion.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations.
• Guide clients through buying and rental procedures.
• Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate market trends and community developments.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals consistently.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred, but high‑potential candidates without direct experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
