Real Estate Lawyer – UAE & KSA Transactions

About the role

We are hiring a Real Estate Lawyer to join a fast‑growing, internationally expanding real‑estate and living brand. Based in Dubai, the position supports both UAE and KSA operations and will help build the legal function as the business scales across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of UAE real‑estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial real‑estate documents such as sale and purchase contracts, transfers, strata documents and leases.
• Manage real‑estate due diligence processes and supervise junior team members.
• Collaborate with construction, finance, corporate and planning teams locally and internationally.
• Provide legal advice on KSA real‑estate transactions as required.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of experience practising real‑estate law.
• Strong transactional background in UAE real‑estate matters.
• High‑level drafting capability and solid knowledge of UAE real‑estate legislation.
• Experience with investment‑based acquisitions and disposals, including corporate share acquisitions.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently from start to finish.
