Real Estate Leasing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Real Estate Leasing Manager to join our Dubai office. The role will lead leasing operations for both residential and commercial portfolios, ensuring smooth transactions and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end leasing processes, from property showings to lease execution.
• Negotiate lease terms with tenants and landlords, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate lease administration records and monitor renewals.
• Coordinate with property management teams to prepare and present properties.
• Build and sustain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai property management and lease administration.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes and real‑estate operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
