Real Estate Sales Agent – Commission Only

About the role

Better Way Properties is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on selling residential and commercial properties on a commission‑only basis, offering the chance to build a client portfolio in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers and investors.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate deals and support clients throughout transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
