Real Estate Sales Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join Bargo Real Estate’s Dubai team. The role involves generating and managing sales and rental leads, guiding clients through the property market, and closing transactions in a fast‑moving environment. The position is full‑time and based in Dubai, offering exposure to a diverse client base and the chance to develop expertise in a thriving market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, follow up and manage property sales and rental leads.
• Advise clients on properties that match their budget and requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Promote listings through online portals, social media and other marketing channels.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of property listings and client information.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s market trends, prices and community developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and rental targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
