About the role

York Towers is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales & Investment Advisor to guide clients through profitable property investments in Georgia. The role blends sales expertise with deep investment knowledge, delivering tailored advisory services that align with client financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule virtual or in‑person meetings.
• Present investment opportunities, conduct property viewings, and deliver customized proposals.
• Advise clients on ROI, NPV, and rental yield analysis, preparing detailed investment briefs.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and provide regular updates to the Investment Advisory Manager.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Portfolio Management, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay informed on Georgian real‑estate laws, market trends, and construction developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales, investment advisory, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on financial metrics such as ROI and rental yields.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
