Real Estate Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will design, implement and oversee all learning initiatives across a real‑estate organisation, ensuring brokers, agents, marketing and support teams have the knowledge, skills and compliance awareness needed to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured training framework for new hires and existing staff.
• Identify training needs across sales, leasing, marketing, admin and operations.
• Create annual training calendars aligned with business goals and project launches.
• Design onboarding programmes for brokers and agents.
• Deliver regular product, sales‑technique and CRM training sessions.
• Provide compliance training on RERA/DLD rules, AML policies and documentation standards.
• Conduct soft‑skill workshops covering communication, negotiation and client interaction.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking.
• Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations and digital learning resources.
• Coordinate with sales heads, marketing, HR and external training providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, HR or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in real‑estate training, sales management or learning & development.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market and RERA/DLD regulations.
• Proven experience training sales teams and brokers.

Required skills

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate sales cycles and CRM usage.
