Receivables Accountant

About the role

The company, a reputable trading firm located in Dubai Investment Park, is looking for an experienced Receivables Accountant to join its finance team. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable, maintaining accurate records and supporting timely collections.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record all accounts receivable transactions while maintaining up‑to‑date customer account files.
• Monitor outstanding balances, proactively follow up on overdue payments and ensure collections are received on schedule.
• Maintain precise accounting documentation and comprehensive financial records for audit readiness.
• Reconcile receivable accounts, investigate variances and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare detailed receivables reports and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate data flow.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounts receivable experience within Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and financial documentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong follow‑up capabilities.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
