Receivables Management Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead its Receivables Management function. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire receivables portfolio, ensuring timely collections, reducing overdue accounts, and optimizing cash flow for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receivable portfolio to meet or exceed financial targets by minimizing overdue accounts and optimizing collections.
• Ensure strict adherence to defined processes and service level agreements governing collections management.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identify operational gaps and guide teams to achieve business goals.
• Lead periodic reviews of collections processes and champion workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison for finance stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and escalating challenges when necessary.
• Oversee the execution of collections efforts and customer payment plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance on dunning procedures, bad‑debt provisioning and aging account management.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve collections‑related disputes and escalations effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in receivables, collections or credit management, preferably within real estate.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and KPIs.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
