Reception Manager – Beach Club

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE slated to open in 2027, is looking for a Reception Manager for its Beach Club. The role sits within the Food & Beverage team and is responsible for delivering a polished, personalized arrival experience that meets Wynn and Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, special requests and VIP arrangements.
• Review guest profiles to anticipate needs and coordinate special occasions with culinary and service teams.
• Oversee reservations, wait‑lists, walk‑ins and queue management using SevenRooms.
• Collaborate with floor and kitchen teams to optimise seating flow, occupancy and waiting times.
• Lead, schedule, coach and develop the reception team in guest engagement, conflict resolution and system proficiency.
• Conduct daily briefings on reservations, VIPs and service pacing while reinforcing anticipatory service.
• Capture guest feedback, support service recovery and use insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing reception or front‑of‑house operations in a high‑end restaurant, luxury hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Fluent English with professional communication skills.
• Additional language proficiency (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese or Italian) is highly valued.
• Background in international or multicultural hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide 5‑Star service standards and reservation systems such as SevenRooms is preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the SevenRooms reservation system.
