About the role
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our Dubai office. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and manage front‑desk operations.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and organize meetings.
- Maintain records, documents and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Ensure efficient day‑to‑day office operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role (advantageous).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Fluency in English; Tagalog speakers are preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
