About the role

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our Dubai office. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and manage front‑desk operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and organize meetings.
  • Maintain records, documents and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure efficient day‑to‑day office operations.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role (advantageous).
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Fluency in English; Tagalog speakers are preferred.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
