Receptionist – Emiratization – Abu Dhabi Capital Center

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our Emiratization initiative at the Abu Dhabi Capital Center. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while upholding Premier Inn’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answer telephone calls and provide information on promotions, room rates and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and payments in accordance with cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build long‑term relationships.
• Promote online mentions, collect guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain stock of reception supplies and stationery.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety following established safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
• Data‑entry accuracy.
• Arabic language proficiency.
