Receptionist – Luxury Hotel Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures following Rixos standards.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, guest profile updates and process payments, cashiering, foreign currency exchange.
• Issue and control room key cards, maintain guest security, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest messages, mail, packages, and business centre services as needed.
• Monitor daily arrivals, departures, occupancy, VIP guests and special requests, and maintain accurate shift handovers and operational records.

Required profile

• High school diploma; hospitality or tourism diploma/degree is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Russian and Arabic are compulsory.
• Previous front‑office, reception or customer‑service experience in a hotel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and night shifts.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with hotel Property Management System (PMS) – Opera Cloud.
