Reconstructive Surgery Specialist

About the role

Talentspoc is looking for a qualified Reconstructive Surgery Specialist to join its medical team in Dubai. The role focuses on restoring function and appearance after trauma, surgery, or congenital conditions through advanced reconstructive procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized reconstructive plans.
• Perform skin grafting, local flap, and free flap reconstruction surgeries.
• Manage post‑operative care to ensure optimal recovery and minimize complications.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
• Provide pre‑operative counseling on surgical options, risks, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and engage in continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic or Reconstructive Surgery.
• Valid UAE DHA or equivalent medical license.
• Proven clinical experience in reconstructive surgery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and medical excellence.
