Recovery Officer – Collections Legal Team (Dubai, UAE)

About the role

The Recovery Officer will join the Collections Legal Team in Dubai, focusing on delinquent accounts. This entry‑level, full‑time position requires reviewing and analysing assigned accounts to maximise repayment and recovery outcomes while supporting the bank's overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse each delinquent account assigned to you, assessing the borrower’s situation and repayment capacity.
• Identify and implement actions that improve repayment and recovery potential, following the team’s guidelines and legal framework.
• Track progress against annual recovery targets and key performance indicators, ensuring that goals are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that collection actions comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in banking, finance or collections.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai on a full‑time basis.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
