About the role

The Recreation Attendant supports guests at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah by delivering safe and enjoyable leisure experiences. Working on‑site, you will assist guests of all ages with a variety of recreational activities and ensure the facilities are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Assist guests in using recreational equipment and participating in activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all leisure areas and equipment.
Enforce safety rules and monitor compliance to protect guests.
Provide friendly, high‑quality customer service throughout the guest experience.
Help plan, set up, and coordinate recreational events and programs.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar guest‑service or recreation role is a plus.
Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with guests of all ages.
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred.
