About the role

The Recreation Attendant – Wet Deck supports guest experiences on the hotel’s wet deck, ensuring smooth food and beverage service while maintaining a safe, clean environment. This full‑time position is part of the Guest Service Support team and plays a key role in delivering memorable hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables and seating areas on the wet deck.
• Assist kitchen staff with food and beverage service, including replenishing supplies.
• Clean work areas, monitor the deck for safety, and promptly address guest requests.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces while on foot for extended periods.
• Maintain uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle physical tasks as described.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
