Recreation Receptionist – Emirati Talent

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated female professional to join our resort’s health club as a Recreation Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operation of our pool, beach and recreation facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reservations, payments and tracking procedures for pool, beach and recreation areas.
• Create a friendly atmosphere and greet guests professionally.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels before and after use.
• Promote classes, activities and services offered within the club.
• Post charges in the Micros system and follow correct accounting procedures.
• Assist the Fitness Instructor in enforcing safety rules and regulations.
• Check cleanliness and order of locker facilities regularly.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure availability of towels, magazines and promotional material.
• Encourage sales through thorough product and price knowledge.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality with prior hotel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Positive, smiley, sporty and approachable personality.
• Team player with competencies in teamwork, responsibility, adaptability and recognizing differences.
