Recreation Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Recreation Receptionist to join our team at The Cove Rotana in Ras al Khaimah. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our recreational facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments, classes, and facility rentals using reservation software.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record‑keeping.
• Provide information about services, programs, and pricing.
• Ensure visitors comply with facility rules and guidelines.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of recreational facility operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with reservation management software.
