Recreation Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated female professional to join our team as a Recreation Receptionist at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests using our pool, beach and recreation facilities, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all reservations, payments and tracking procedures for pool, beach and recreation areas.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels, maintaining accurate records.
• Promote classes, activities and services offered within the club.
• Post charges in Micros and follow correct accounting procedures.
• Assist fitness instructors in enforcing safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor cleanliness and order of locker facilities and reception area.
• Maintain tidy reception space with necessary materials (towels, magazines, advertising).
• Drive sales through thorough product and price knowledge.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, preferably with hotel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle complaints and work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Positive, smiley, outgoing and approachable personality.
• Team player with adaptability and a sense of responsibility.
