Recreation Supervisor – Abu Dhabi Yas Island

About the role

As a Recreation Supervisor you will lead the hotel’s recreational facilities on Yas Island, overseeing pools, fitness centres, sports areas and children’s programmes. You will design engaging activities, promote wellness initiatives and ensure a safe, memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily recreation services, including guest experience, budgeting, reporting and reservations.
• Coordinate and promote pool, water, tennis, children’s and special event programmes.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing concerns and identifying improvements.
• Train, mentor and evaluate team members, fostering a high‑performing, engaged crew.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recreation management, hospitality or a similar hotel/resort role.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to plan diverse activities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
