Recruiter (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Recruiter to support its high‑volume hiring needs across multiple locations, primarily for large‑scale civil engineering programs in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with department managers and the recruitment team to attract and place top talent for multi‑billion‑dollar projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist a team of recruiters in delivering timely, high‑quality recruitment services aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate on sourcing and hiring for large civil engineering programs, including interview coordination and candidate recommendation.
• Manage the full hiring process, from salary and relocation package negotiations to addressing candidate queries.
• Provide guidance on relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies to hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain global talent pools to ensure swift fulfillment of recruitment requirements.
• Drive targeted social‑media campaigns and advertising to promote the employer value proposition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a recognized HR qualification/certification.
• Minimum two years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume requisition loads with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and advanced organizational abilities.
• High level of integrity and commitment to company values.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
