Recruiter – Real Estate Leasing (Dubai)

About the role

One Investments is looking for a Recruiter to join its Dubai team and support the growth of the real‑estate leasing division. The successful candidate will attract, identify and hire leasing professionals who want to build their careers in Dubai’s property market. The role demands strong communication, proactive sourcing and end‑to‑end recruitment management.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for real‑estate leasing positions.
• Conduct screening, interviews and assessments.
• Engage high‑potential talent through multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Utilise social media, job platforms, networking and direct outreach to build a candidate pipeline.
• Support the expansion and growth of the leasing team.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within real‑estate or sales.
• Confident, outgoing, personable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and evaluate top talent effectively.
• Organised, proactive and target‑driven.
• Comfortable using social media, recruitment platforms and phone outreach.
• Strong networking and candidate engagement abilities.
