Recruitment Executive

About the role

The Recruitment Executive will act as the primary liaison between NES Fircroft and its strategic client accounts in the UAE. You will ensure seamless delivery of recruitment and workforce solutions while fostering long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to meet client hiring needs and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding processes, including offer management, visa coordination, compliance documentation, and contractor readiness.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand workforce requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue through upselling and cross‑selling of NES Fircroft services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce solutions within the GCC region.
• Proven track record of managing key client accounts and delivering high‑quality service.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience handling onboarding activities such as offers, mobilization, compliance, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
