About the role
Platinum Inc Consultancy is seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with up to two years of recruitment experience who want to develop their sourcing and candidate management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates using LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment databases.
- Perform Boolean searches to uncover qualified talent.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.
Required profile
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (including experience from home country).
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners on Dependent or Family Visa preferred.
