Recruitment Manager – EMEA (8‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking a Recruitment Manager for the EMEA region on an 8‑month fixed‑term contract based in Dubai. You will lead the commercial talent acquisition strategy across sales, account management, marketing, operations, advertising and strategy, supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of over 10 recruiters across EMEA.
• Partner with commercial, finance and people leaders to design short‑ and long‑term hiring roadmaps.
• Design, implement and continuously improve global interviewing, sourcing and assessment processes.
• Use advanced forecasting, reporting and analytics to track metrics and influence senior stakeholders.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion goals throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven GTM leadership experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
• Demonstrated expertise hiring across the UAE, especially Dubai.
• Strong people‑management skills with a track record of coaching recruitment leads and senior specialists.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to leverage analytics to shape talent strategy.
