Recruitment Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with strong UAE real estate experience to lead and build the recruitment sub‑vertical within our Real Estate division. PRYPCO is a strong, established and successful business entering an important phase of growth. Our ambition is to become a top‑5 real estate company in the UAE by the end of 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead recruitment for the Real Estate division.
• Build a consistent pipeline of experienced agents and fresh talent.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, networking and direct outreach.
• Build relationships with agents across the Dubai market and understand where the best talent sits.
• Manage candidates from first contact through interview, offer and joining.
• Sell the PRYPCO opportunity, ecosystem, culture and career proposition.
• Work closely with the GM and Sales leadership on current and future hiring needs.
• Build and improve the recruitment process as the Real Estate division scales.

Required profile

• Strong UAE real estate experience, ideally with an established network of agents.
• Recruitment or talent acquisition experience within real estate is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai brokerage market and agent landscape.
• Commercial, energetic and highly proactive.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach, calling and follow‑up.
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to build and lead something, rather than simply fill vacancies.
