Regional General Manager – Cybersecurity Services (GCC)

About the role

The Regional General Manager will lead the Dubai‑based cybersecurity services practice, owning the full P&L for the GCC region. Reporting to global leadership, you will drive market growth, build a high‑performing technical team, and cultivate C‑level relationships across government and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of country‑level P&L, including revenue growth, margin improvement and cash performance.
• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy, managing pipeline, forecasting and cost control.
• Define pricing, rebates and partner incentives in line with global guidance.
• Build and nurture relationships with top partners and vendors to ensure joint go‑to‑market success.
• Collaborate with regional operations to ensure service delivery excellence, order‑to‑cash, logistics and demand planning.
• Lead, inspire and develop the local team, fostering a culture of trust, diversity and high performance.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of commercial leadership with full P&L accountability.
• Proven experience growing IT, cybersecurity or distribution markets.
• Strong understanding of customer dynamics, partner ecosystems and local regulations in the UAE and KSA.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.
• Excellent communication and executive‑level relationship building skills.
