Regional Marketing Manager – Middle East

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead Thales’ marketing activities across the Middle East, Turkey and Sub‑Saharan Africa. Reporting to the regional leadership, the role is responsible for shaping and delivering the field and channel marketing strategy that drives pipeline, revenue and brand visibility in a highly competitive technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual field and channel marketing plan for the assigned region.
• Partner with direct and indirect sales teams to align marketing programmes with sales targets and pipeline acceleration.
• Develop campaigns that increase partner engagement, brand awareness and demand generation.
• Measure and report on marketing performance, adjusting tactics to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with product and solution experts to ensure messaging resonates with B2B technology customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within cybersecurity or related sectors.
• Proven track record of working with sales organisations to drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
