Regional Sales Manager

About the role

SolarWinds is seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of Government, Semi‑Government and Service Provider accounts across the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle, work closely with local partners and deliver solution‑focused presentations to C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and hunt new enterprise customers in the public and service‑provider sectors.
• Upsell and cross‑sell SolarWinds solutions to existing accounts.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships through regular onsite visits.
• Manage the complete sales process together with channel partners, sales engineers and resellers, from proof‑of‑concept to contract negotiation.
• Prepare offers, process orders and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Apply MEDDIC, Challenger and Sandler sales methodologies to drive win‑rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience selling network‑monitoring or similar software solutions.
• Proven track record working with resellers/distributors in the Middle East.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Analytical, independent and detail‑oriented with a strong drive for personal development.
• Fluent Arabic speaker, based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
