Registered DOH Nurse – Homecare (Al Ain, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for qualified Registered DOH Nurses to join our homecare facility in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients in their homes while ensuring strict compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a homecare environment.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and regularly monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive health practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection‑control protocols, and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi (or DHA/MOH eligibility letter).
• Valid nursing registration in the home country.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient‑care abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour day shifts, five days a week.
