Registered Nurse - Accident And Emergency

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Accident and Emergency department at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital. The role involves delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care in a fast‑paced emergency setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive and safe environment.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and learners, contributing to a continuous learning culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum two years nursing experience in your home country and three recent years in a hospital Accident & Emergency unit.
• Basic Arabic language skills and strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of patient safety standards and clinical risk management.
