Registered Nurse – NICU & OT

About the role

The hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the Operating Theatre (OT). You will deliver direct nursing care, monitor patients, and support the medical team in two critical areas of the facility. The position involves rotating between the NICU and OT, ensuring high‑quality patient care across both specialties while handling clinical and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient documentation in the NICU.
• Assist physicians with diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Provide physical and psychological support to newborns and their families.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation in the Operating Theatre.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety before, during and after procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and/or Operating Theatre.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
