Relationship Manager – Abu Dhabi (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Emirates NBD’s Priority Banking division is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve affluent clients in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, growing client portfolios, and handling a range of financial needs from Forex to asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain virtual relationships with clients, ensuring high service quality and addressing operational concerns.
• Achieve financial targets by selling and cross‑selling bank products, driving portfolio and asset growth, and managing wealth and Forex referrals.
• Follow operational risk policies, sales processes and regulatory requirements, including KYC compliance.
• Maintain daily contact with portfolio clients to provide support and monitor satisfaction scores.
• Complete mandatory training, certifications, and adhere to dress‑code and punctuality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
• Broad exposure to retail and wealth‑management banking activities.
