About the role

The Relationship Manager – Business Banking will manage a portfolio of existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships and originate new SE relationships across branch locations. The role focuses on meeting both borrowing and non‑borrowing needs of customers, driving up‑selling, cross‑selling and deep‑selling of bank products.

Key responsibilities

Manage existing SE relationships and originate new ones within business communities around branch locations.
Achieve assigned financial and non‑financial objectives by serving borrowers, transactors and depositors.
Source new‑to‑bank customers and generate business leads from walk‑in clients.
Upsell, deep‑sell and cross‑sell additional bank products to existing customers.
Take over relationships originated by DS and downgraded by the ME team using defined onboarding procedures.
Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to the ME category through needs analysis and profiling.
Ensure portfolio quality and compliance through KYC reviews, due‑diligence monitoring and anti‑money‑laundering procedures.
