About the role

Elite Asset Capital is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships within the wealth management and financial advisory space, helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross‑sell financial products and services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide tailored financial solutions, including investment advisory and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional client service and act as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or relationship management within banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Passion for building long‑term client relationships.
