Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Dubai team at Trade WCC. The role focuses on engaging potential and existing clients, promoting our multi‑asset trading platform, and driving sales performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients by phone to present our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and ongoing support.
• Re‑engage inactive users and encourage platform reactivation.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Execute tasks that support the development of international markets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in telesales, relationship management or customer service.
• Fluent English; Urdu and/or Hindi proficiency is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven, resilient and able to handle objections professionally.
• Well‑organized with effective time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Willing to work onsite in Dubai.
