Relationship Manager

About the role

Azizi Developments is looking for a Relationship Manager to join its Dubai team. You will build and nurture strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in a fast‑moving real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with real‑estate investors and clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized investment solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients navigating off‑plan property investments.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of off‑plan real‑estate experience in the UAE market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in real‑estate, property management or a related field.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE real‑estate laws and regulations.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline preferred.
