Relationship Manager – Priority Banking (Future Opening)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager for its Priority Banking division in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients, growing existing relationships, and delivering a premium banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Priority Banking clients, presenting a full suite of banking, lending, and wealth‑management products.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships to meet revenue targets for assets, liabilities, investments, and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and anti‑money‑laundering policies while upholding confidentiality and risk‑assessment standards.
• Collaborate with customer service representatives to deliver seamless service and cross‑sell opportunities across the bank’s product range.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance; CISI certification is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in financial services or banking, covering retail and wealth‑management areas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver high‑quality client service.
