Relationship Manager – Real Estate (UAE National)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Real Estate will join Mashreq’s Real Estate Banking Division within the Corporate & Investment Banking Group in Dubai. Reporting to senior management, you will be the primary contact for real‑estate developers, investment firms, family offices and corporate clients, delivering tailored banking solutions that support their growth and financing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and real‑estate clients, expanding wallet share.
• Originate new business opportunities and structure lending, cash‑management and treasury solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Perform financial analysis, credit assessment and transaction structuring; prepare credit proposals and business cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Product Management, Treasury, Investment Banking and other internal stakeholders to execute transactions.
• Monitor client performance, market trends and industry developments to provide strategic advisory.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CA, CPA or MBA are an advantage.
• UAE Nationality.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
