Relationship Officer – Banking Sales

About the role

Titan Finance is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to join its Banking Sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products such as credit cards and financial solutions, and meeting monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through multiple sales channels.
• Promote and sell banking products, especially credit cards and related financial services.
• Assess customer requirements, verify basic eligibility, and collect necessary documentation.
• Submit applications and follow up with customers throughout the approval process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to company policies and banking compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (UAE or home‑country experience accepted).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target‑driven setting.
• Good English language skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
