Release Intern – Post Production

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Release Intern to support the post‑production and release workflow of #ABtalks interview episodes. This hands‑on three‑month internship in Dubai offers the chance to learn end‑to‑end content operations across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating post‑production assets with editors, colorists and sound engineers.
• Review episode drafts for technical quality, subtitles, graphics and audio consistency.
• Organize and track release assets, ensuring proper naming and timely sharing.
• Prepare subtitles and transcripts using AI tools.
• Upload and manage assets in internal systems and cloud storage.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks affecting release schedules.
• Maintain release checklists, documentation and archive management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal English communication (Arabic a plus).
• Interest in media production, post‑production or digital content.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, cloud storage and digital organization tools.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io or Google Workspace is a bonus.
