Remote Rust Engineer (AI Data Training)

About the role

We are looking for an hourly‑paid, fully remote Rust Engineer to support AI data training initiatives. You will review, generate, and evaluate AI‑generated Rust code and explanations, ensuring the output is accurate, logical, and well‑structured.

Key responsibilities

• Review and generate Rust code and detailed explanations for AI training.
• Assess solutions for correctness, safety, and adherence to prompts.
• Identify errors related to ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and algorithmic reasoning.
• Fact‑check information and write high‑quality, idiomatic Rust explanations.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
• Strong grasp of Rust’s ownership, borrowing, and lifetime model.
• Experience evaluating safe, idiomatic Rust code, including traits, generics, pattern matching, and error handling.
• Proficiency with English writing, capable of producing precise technical explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
