Remote Support Engineer – Cloud SaaS (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Support Engineer on a contract basis to provide technical assistance for users of a high‑traffic cloud‑based platform. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues via chat and email while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users through chat and email promptly.
• Document solutions and update knowledge‑base articles for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track complex issues.
• Provide clear guidance on platform features and best practices.
• Monitor real‑time platform inquiries to minimize user downtime.

Required profile

• Experience providing technical support in a SaaS or cloud‑based environment.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple operating systems and platforms.
