About the role

We are looking for a Remote Telesales Marketing Agent to promote a range of financial products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, to prospective and existing clients. The role is fully remote and involves phone and digital communication with a focus on delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads and existing clients via phone and digital channels.
• Explain product features, benefits, and application processes.
• Answer client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with campaigns.
• Meet or exceed defined telesales targets.
• Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training on products and market updates.

• Strong communication skills for professional phone and digital interactions.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and objections.
• Sales mindset capable of converting leads and achieving targets.
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles to support campaigns.
