Research Manager – Arabic Speaker – UAE

About the role

Ventures Middle East is seeking a seasoned Research Manager who is fluent in Arabic and has extensive experience in the UAE market. You will lead research projects for private‑sector clients, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business development, from prospecting to preparing sales proposals.
• Select appropriate research methodologies and data‑analysis techniques for each client.
• Lead project teams, develop client‑ready deliverables, and present findings.
• Own entire work streams or whole projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Ensure contracts are signed, invoices issued, and payments received on schedule.
• Develop financial and technical proposals for market‑research studies.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in market research or management consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Arabic communication skills and familiarity with the UAE business environment.
