Research Manager – UAE Experience

About the role

Ventures Middle East is seeking a Research Manager to lead market research projects for private‑sector clients in the UAE. You will combine business development, methodological expertise, and project leadership to deliver actionable insights that support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development by prospecting, preparing sales materials and proposals focused on the private sector.
• Select appropriate research methodologies, conduct data analysis and prepare client‑ready deliverables.
• Take full ownership of work streams or entire projects, depending on engagement size.
• Develop and manage project plans, resources, budgets and timelines to ensure on‑time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Secure fully executed contracts, issue invoices per schedule, and ensure timely receipt of payments and performance bonds.
• Prepare financial and technical proposals for market research studies and develop actionable recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, maintain strong client relationships, and guide project teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market research, consulting or related advisory services.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting and resource coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to develop proposals, manage contracts and oversee invoicing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and presentation of findings.
• Experience working with private‑sector clients in the UAE or similar markets.
