About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (female) to join the Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with professionalism.
Accurately record guest details, preferences, and special requests.
Promote additional services and amenities to optimise revenue.
Provide up‑to‑date information on rates, promotions, and availability.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve issues.
Maintain thorough knowledge of property policies, procedures, and facilities.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑player attitude with a guest‑focused mindset.
